Imagine living your perfect day. What would that day be like? Close your eyes and daydream that day, starting from when you wake up in the morning.

Prepare to be surprised. Perhaps you thought that your perfect day would be when you’re on vacation, on some island resort. However, it turns out that your perfect day shows you working in your own business, or going back to school and getting a law degree.

As you live your perfect day in your imagination, you will soon decide on the rights goals for you.

Write down your goals — these are your intentions, for the next year, or two years.

3. Create a Scenario: Live Your Goal’s Achievement in Your Imagination

Your next step is to live your goal’s achievement in your imagination. Create several scenarios. These scenarios are similar to your “perfect day” daydream. Write down those scenarios.

4. Inspired Actions Lead to Success: Get Inspired Every Day

Start each day by replaying a scenario of your goal’s achievement. When you do this, you’ll be inspired to act to achieve your goals. Often, the tasks you’re inspired to do won’t seem to lead directly to achieving your goal, but trust yourself. You don’t need to know exactly how you’ll achieve your goals. Just complete your inspired actions, and you’ll achieve your goals by the fastest route possible.

The reason kaizen works is because of the way your brain works. Big changes are intimidating, and trigger the flight or fight response. This leads to immense resistance to making any large change. 3. Relax and Allow: Go With the Flow

When you are making tiny changes, you can relax and go with the flow of your life.

You longer feel that you have to force anything. You are floating along the river of your life effortlessly, and the law of attraction goes to work for you and brings you what you want, simply because you don’t resist. You allow changes into your life. This becomes exciting and lots of fun.
