It’s perfectly understandable and even human to have an off day every now and then. However, the Law of Attraction and other laws are working for you all the time, whether you know it or not. Use them to attract the right things into your life — if you let them operate by default, success becomes a matter of luck, rather than certainty.

One missed day won’t break you as long as you continue in your efforts to attract abundance, forgive others, "think" with more than just your brain, and open to receive the blessings that come your way.

2. Recognize and Celebrate the Manifestations of these Laws

Seeing the 11 Forgotten Laws in action is an amazing thing that should be celebrated. Learning gratitude is an important part of the process as is learning to celebrate with those who are going on the journey along with you.

The successes along the way are worthy of celebration but sometimes they are  small and may be overlooked. When you are looking for them; they are much easier to recognize.

Would you like a simple law of attraction meditation you can do in minutes? This meditation relieves stress, aids visualization, and gives you self-confidence. The more often you perform it, the more powerful the results will be.

Firstly, if you’re not familiar with it, here’s the law of attraction in essence: you attract what you think about most. Therefore, it’s a good idea to keep your mind ON the things you want, and OFF the things you don’t. This meditation will help.

You can perform this meditation anywhere once you become proficient at it; even with your eyes open in the middle of a business meeting. (Never use the meditation while you’re driving however.)

When you’re learning, it’s vital to give yourself time and privacy to focus. So close your office door, or go somewhere you can have some privacy for ten minutes.

Start by choosing what you want to attract. Choose whatever you like; in our practice example meditation, we’ll pretend that you want a new job.

Here’s the meditation.

1. Sit down in a chair with your back straight, and both feet on the floor. Put your hands on your knees. Take several deep breaths, inhaling and exhaling slowly. Close your eyes.

2. Relax each part of your body in turn. Just focus on the area, and imagine that area relaxing. Start with your scalp. Say the area to yourself, and and the word “relax” like this. “Scalp… relax… forehead… relax… eyes… relax…”

Relax every area of your body from your head right down to your feet.

3. Now you’re completely relaxed, imagine a big movie screen. Place it around 30 feet away, exactly as if you were at the movies. On the movie screen of your mind, imagine your perfect job, making the image as clear and vivid as you can.

Start by imagining yourself as the person on the movie screen. When the image is vivid, walk into the movie screen, and inhabit your own body. Feel the feelings you’d feel as you work in this job. Who are your colleagues? Imagine them congratulating you on a job well done…

4. When you’re ready, count from from five to one, and tell yourself: “When I count from five to one, I’ll be wide awake and feeling wonderful, better than I’ve ever felt. Five… four… three… two… one. Wide awake!”

Do you believe you deserve great abundance?
Do you believe you can have it in your life?

Most of us would like to believe that, but at the same time we have a little voice in the back of our minds that prevents us from experiencing what it is that we want:

‘You’re no good at this… Who do you think you are?… Don’t be so stupid… Be realistic… You can’t earn money doing what you enjoy… You’ve got financial responsibilities… Get real… You’re not one of the lucky ones… Just give up!’

This voice in the back of your mind is the result of your conditioning or programming that occurs all of the time. It is what you truly believe as truth.

Let’s look at what a belief is for a moment… A belief is something that you think over and over again. That’s all it is, nothing more. It’s a thought that you keep thinking. The obvious way to change a belief is to start thinking what you want to believe as true and think it over and over until it becomes a belief.

Sounds quite simple once you’ve broken it down, but this process can be difficult as it requires repetition and determination.

The beliefs that do not serve you are no good to you whatsoever and it’s possible that you are self-sabotaging abundance from ever entering your life. Dissolving these inner blockages may take some effort on your part, but it is time well-spent!

Before we go into the steps for doing that, keep in mind three things about this negative voice:

It is replaying things that people have told you in the past.
It is replaying things you have said to yourself in the past.
You do not have to keep thinking these things if you don’t want to!

Here’s three ways how you can turn that negative voice into a positive, uplifting, supportive voice:

Love yourself.

That little voice that keeps playing like a broken record will never stop repeating old news until you tell it to stop. It is estimated that we think over 60,000 thoughts on a daily basis, and 90% of those thoughts are the same as what you thought about yesterday! Making just a little effort now can substantially alter your entire life experience.

In the past you may have been harsh on yourself when you underachieved, failed at something or didn’t follow through with goals you set. The first step you must take is to overcome this negativity by replacing it with a loving, playful attitude.

Understand that no one makes up the rules of life except for you. You get to decide what you want to do, what is right for you to do and what isn’t right for you. On that basis, stop beating yourself and start loving yourself some more. Everything is already perfect – your past isn’t your concern any more, you cannot change it. The present is where your focus must be at all times.

Celebrate your achievements.

Have you ever noticed how easy other people find it to see the bad things you’ve done? It’s funny how those good things that you do go unnoticed and unappreciated! You shouldn’t rely on other people to praise you for your efforts instead you should do it yourself.

Sometimes we can be just as hard on ourselves and not notice the good or things that we’ve achieved throughout our day, instead our minds are fixed on what we didn’t do and what we didn’t achieve.

Make a conscious effort to celebrate everything you do. Even the tiniest accomplishment should be cause for celebration. Pat yourself on the back, congratulate yourself, and most importantly feel GOOD about who you are and what you do. Congratulate yourself for waking up on time, congratulate yourself for getting yourself to work on time, congratulate yourself for doing a favor for a friend. Keep this up for just a little while and you’ll begin to feel much better about yourself!

Believe that abundance is your birthright.

Keep affirming that you do deserve an abundant, happy life. Expect abundance in huge quantities and know that it is yours in all forms. Say things like, ‘I just know I’m meant to live a powerful life. I believe I have the strength and ability to make my life into anything I want it to be.’ If you know you deserve abundance, expect abundance always, and allow yourself to open to abundance – you get abundance!

Remember that it will probably take a little time to notice obvious results. Keep doing these steps as often as you can, and before long you should find yourself feeling much happier, AND attracting ever-increasing amounts of abundance into your life experience. Enjoy it!
