Law of Attraction: Handling Doubt

Does the Law of Attraction work? You can improve your effectiveness with the law when you handle your doubts. Let’s see how you can do this, quickly and easily.
Doubts are natural. If you’re sinking under the weight of debt, for example, it’s hard to imagine that you’ll ever be debt-free, and wealthy. Each time you look at how much money you owe, your vibration is lowered as you become despairing and depressed.
Or, if you’re unwell, and can’t do the things you want to do, doubts arise.
Realize that your doubts only exist superficially. They’re tapes you replay from the past. As soon as you realize you’re playing an old tape "I can’t pay my bills!" and it’s triggering self-doubt, turn it off — imagine yourself switching off the virtual tape deck or digital recorder in your mind.
What works for me: in my visualizations, I see myself as the person who’s already achieved my intention: who’s debt free, for example, or who’s 100 per cent healthy, and enjoying life.
I view this person on a movie screen. Then I incorporate that image into myself, with the feelings that that future-me has. I also ask future-me questions about what will help me to become debt-free (or healthy, or whatever the challenge is) more quickly.
My process in a nutshell: intend, visualize, and act, keeping my intuition active, and following any guidance I receive. My guidance tends to be very practical: how to organize things, for example, and how to save time. It also helps me to understand others, and how to respond to them.
It even shows me what to do to lift my vibration.
Practice visualization several times a day. It only takes a couple of minutes. Relax first, by deep breathing. Then close your eyes, and see future-you on the movie screen of your mind.
